  • All items offered on our store are custom made-to-order based on the photographs and specifications provided by the customer. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.

4. Purchases, Billing, and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Return and Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

  • Because all of our items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and production has begun.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA.
